Hi Steve, were you using a push mower when you noticed steps not tracking? Additionally, please confirm what software version is currently on your Striiv device: in the app select the device tile (shows picture of device) on the app home screen, then scroll down to select debug info where you'll see software version info.

Went back out this afternoon and mowed grass, the numbers did not change from this morning's. I charged it overnight, so I don't think that is the problem. I appears to pair when I double tap it, but the totals didn't increase this afternoon. It's like it didn't wake back up after a period of inactivity.
